Set up and share your digital business card

The digital business card is a full-screen version of your agent: a dedicated, shareable page, hosted by IperChat at https://chat.iperchat.ai/YOUR_TENANT_ID.

Each card has three zones: a header with brand and contacts (phone, email, address, map link, website), the embedded chat with your AI agent, and a footer.

Available on all plans. No integration required: once activated, the link is ready.

When to use it

The digital business card is designed for all contexts where you need a single link instead of a widget embedded on your site:

• QR code on printed cards, shop windows, posters, tabletop menus.
• Email signature — a link under your name that takes recipients straight to the chat.
• DM links on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business.
• Link in bio on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Linktree.
• No website — if you don’t have a site, the business card is your site.

Activation

From the ops panel:

1. Open “My Tenant” (side menu → Manage group).
2. Under Behavior, enable the Enable Business Card toggle.
3. Once enabled, the card is reachable at https://chat.iperchat.ai/YOUR_TENANT_ID.

Setting up contacts

The contacts shown in the card header are configured from the ops panel:

1. Open “Agent Configurations” (side menu → Agents group).
2. Click the Business card configuration row.
3. Expand the “Business card contacts” subsection.

Available fields:

• Phone — number in international format (e.g. +1 555 123 4567). Shown as a button that opens the phone app on the device.
• Email — address (e.g. info@yourcompany.com). Shown as a button that opens the mail client.
• Address — plain-text address (e.g. 123 Main St, New York, NY), shown as text in the header.
• Map link — full Google Maps / Apple Maps URL (e.g. https://maps.app.goo.gl/xyz). If filled in, the address becomes a clickable button that opens the maps app.
• Website — URL of your site (e.g. https://yourcompany.com). Shown as a button in the header.

Buttons are shown only if the corresponding field is filled in: a card with only phone and email shows two buttons, not five.

Look and text

Colors, logo, agent name, initial message, and suggested questions are inherited from the widget configuration — see Customize colors and greeting. You can still override any field directly from the Business card configuration page to give the card a dedicated look.

Two fields particularly relevant for the card:

• Agent Name (Identity subsection) — the main title shown in the header. Leave empty to use the widget Name.
• Suggested questions (Conversation start subsection) — the clickable chips also appear on the card, below the agent’s initial message.

Plans and white-label

The digital business card is available on all plans, including the free plan.

For a full-screen page hosted on your custom domain (e.g. assistant.yoursite.com) and fully white-label, the Enterprise plan is required: see the Standalone page section of Publish the widget on your site. Activated by contacting info@iperchat.ai.
