Won't it just hallucinate answers?

No. IperChat only replies using text from your own site. If a customer asks something that isn't in there, it says "I'm not sure — let me forward this to the team" and emails you the question. You'll never wake up to a refund the bot promised on its own.

How long does setup actually take?

About five minutes. Install our WordPress plugin (or paste a script tag), point it at your site URL, and you're live. We'll show you a preview before it goes public.

What happens when my site changes?

IperChat re-crawls your site nightly. Update a return policy on your site at 11pm — the chat is teaching itself the new wording by morning. You can also force a re-crawl with one click.

Will it sound like a robot?
